Job Responsibilities :

  • Achieve sales target and contribute to the results of the team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the clients.
  • Drive revenue by deepening your understanding of the clients’ businesses, their business goals and strategy.
  • Strengthen and grow long-term relationships with decision makers and influencers of the accounts.
  • Ensure client retention and develop new business consistently.
  • Work with cross-functions teams to ensure clients experience smooth on-boarding and successfully adopt the value of Tencent Social Ads.
  • Develop and enhance partnerships with working teams and business partners.
  • Prepare regular account and internal status reviews.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of relationship management experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to multitasks
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels including C-Level executives.
  • Solid negotiation skills, and business and financial acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to turn detailed data analysis into useful strategic insight and make appropriate recommendations.
