Job Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales target and contribute to the results of the team.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the clients.
- Drive revenue by deepening your understanding of the clients’ businesses, their business goals and strategy.
- Strengthen and grow long-term relationships with decision makers and influencers of the accounts.
- Ensure client retention and develop new business consistently.
- Work with cross-functions teams to ensure clients experience smooth on-boarding and successfully adopt the value of Tencent Social Ads.
- Develop and enhance partnerships with working teams and business partners.
- Prepare regular account and internal status reviews.
- 5+ years of relationship management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented, organized and able to multitasks
- Ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels including C-Level executives.
- Solid negotiation skills, and business and financial acumen.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to turn detailed data analysis into useful strategic insight and make appropriate recommendations.
