About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead the human resources function in Thailand and oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, partnering closely with the various business leaders to curate a strong working environment/culture that will attract and retain top talents to help grow the organization
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Work with business leaders to curate a performance driven culture through various HR tools such as talent management, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition and learning
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and to build developmental tracks for employees across all functions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing direction, coaching, and support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-4 years of prior experience leading teams overseeing the entire HR function
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations and culture
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results
- Bilingual ability in English and Thai will be required.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Prior experience dealing with highly matrixed, fast paced structure and navigating ambigious & dynamic environments
