Responsibilities:
Responsible for administrative and operational work related to various performances and notices for artists, planning and arranging artists' team schedules, ensuring travel, accommodation, and other arrangements are in place.
Coordinate the flow and details of projects, communicate and collaborate with artists' teams and partners, flexibly handle and resolve related issues.
Coordinate various tasks related to artists, plan and organize daily work activities for artists.
Build and groom artists
Plan and ensure artists' performance meet set targets
Oversee social media accounts content and growth
Develop media networks, brand partnership and growth strategy
Facilitate press, activities and events
Integrated and monitored filming, photo shooting, and any relevant projects and campaigns
Work cross functionally with respective departments to determine and coordinate all promotional and relevant activities for an artist on the road, including local and national radio/promotion, press, retail, video promo, new media and lifestyle marketing activities
Execute all presentations and reporting to senior management
Qualifications:
Proficiency in either Japanese/chinese or Thai/chinese language.
Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong communication and coordination skills, strong public relations skills, and a sense of responsibility.
Prior experience in talent management, cultural entertainment, media, public relations, etc., is preferred.
Experience or interest in photography and short video production is a plus.
