Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for handling players' feedback such as billing issues, gameplay inquiries and general game-related
  • Categorize the issue and diligently deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports to VIP Customer Service

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Language skill: Native Thai; Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, especially in gaming industry
  • Passionate about mobile game
  • Attentive to details and eager to help players
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office. Etc.)
