Lead Game Community and Operation Executive (1 position)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Operates and promotes the game community, fan page and all related social media
  • Serves the demand of gamers, plans and executes online and offline activities through games and community channels to increase user engagement 
  • Monitors, responds to, and communicate with the online community 
  • Operates assigned game product, defines any game issues and solves with team 
  • Analyze data and report for game community and activities 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Communication, Information Technology or related field 
  • At least 2 years solid experience in social media and online game operation 
  • Excellent in social media platforms knowledge and their respective participants and how they can be engaged in different scenarios or activities 
  • Must be creative in the way of thinking and execution 
  • Must have track record in demonstrating success in game community management 
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously under intense deadlines 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team across multi-cultural environment; 
  • Community management, vender management experience a plus; 
    Fluent in both Thai & English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
