Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

• Oversee content and user management within the company’s CMS system, including in-app promotions, content scheduling, and banner placements.
• Coordinate with Thai production partners to collect and verify drama-related materials for content launches.
• Support the content onboarding process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of metadata, images, and subtitles before publishing.
• Assist in monitoring content performance and recommend optimizations to improve visibility and engagement.
• Maintain close communication with HQ teams and local partners to align on content updates, product features, and promotional activities.
• Handle other related operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Arts, Administration, Communication, or related fields.
• Fluent in both Chinese and Thai (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a global company or a large-scale content platform is strongly preferred.
• Familiar with content management systems (CMS) or in-app content publishing tools.
• Strong attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
