Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with new and existing clients to present and secure buy-in for the company’s digital solutions.
- Identify, propose, and sell sponsorship opportunities for C-dramas, local original content, and IPs to targeted organizations within the company’s defined markets.
- Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end, including lead generation, opportunity development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, products, services, customer profiles, and marketing objectives to customize advertising and content solutions that meet their goals.
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and service quality in responding to both general and customized client requests, including follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Content, Operations, and Ad Operations) to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and post-sales support for sold campaigns.
- Maintain strong client and agency relationships and act as a trusted digital marketing advisor.
- Apply a consultative sales approach with CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and key decision-makers to drive account growth.
- Monitor campaign performance in collaboration with relevant teams and ensure client satisfaction, supporting renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management on a regular basis.
- Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned, aligned with business priorities and sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with exposure to the China market.
- Creative and solution-oriented, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver innovative advertising solutions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales success.
- Strong commitment to sales performance and client service, with good interpersonal skills, initiative, and follow-through.
- Well-established connections and relationships with direct brands, advertisers, and media agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English and Thai is a plus.
