Senior Sales Manager (1 position)

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business opportunities and develop effective media planning and optimization strategies aligned with clients’ advertising objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and monitor the Sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for media and advertising solutions, in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
  • Develop and execute product adoption programs for both internal teams (Sales) and external stakeholders (clients, agencies, and marketing partners).
  • Maintain, coordinate, and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, agencies, and clients.
  • Identify market trends, business challenges, and operational gaps, and propose solutions or new ad formats to improve inventory fill rates and overall yield.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of demand and supply systems to support accurate forecasting and revenue planning.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to agency and client needs, providing ongoing support, and ensuring commitments are met.
  • Prepare and present end-of-campaign reports, insights, and performance analysis to internal sales teams and external agencies or clients.
  • Share market insights, client feedback, and performance data to support ad product development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development within digital media, OTT platforms, advertising technology, or brand advertising (display, ad networks, programmatic, and/or search).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, optimizing advertising campaigns, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Well-organized, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service mindset and proactive approach.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
  • Fluency in Thai and English is required; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
