Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :
Tencent Thailand is currently looking for a candidate for WeTV Senior Artist Manager located in Bangkok, Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement career strategies for artists across music, film, TV, and endorsements.
- Negotiate contracts for recording deals, live performances, and brand partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with labels, producers, and media platforms.
- Oversee daily artist operations, including scheduling, promotions, and crisis management.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluency in Thai and Chinese (mandatory); proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Experience: Demonstrated success in artist management, with solid industry connections and resources.
Skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Emotionally stable and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term artist career development.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with entertainment agencies, record labels, or production companies.
- Established network within the music, film, and idol industry (China/Thailand/Southeast Asia).
- 5+ years of experience in artist management or the entertainment industry.
