Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Tencent Thailand is currently looking for a candidate for WeTV Senior Artist Manager located in Bangkok, Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute career strategies for artists across music, film, TV, and endorsements.
• Negotiate contracts for recording deals, performances, and brand partnerships.
• Build and maintain industry relationships with labels, producers, and media platforms.
• Oversee daily artist operations, including scheduling, promotions, and crisis management.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in Thai and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
• Experience: Proven track record in artist management, with extensive industry connections and resources.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Emotionally stable with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term career development for artists.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with entertainment agencies, record labels, or production companies.
• Established network in music, film and idol industry (China/Thailand/Southeast Asia markets).
• 3+ years in artist management or entertainment agencies
