Currently, we are looking for the right fit for the role of Operations Executive (Mobile Games) located in Bangkok, Thailand.

Overview

As an operations executive ,  you will be responsible for understanding and controlling the flow of information between teams. Your responsibilities will include communicating requests to game developers, recording performance of campaigns, analyzing user and sales data.

Organization, communication, and strong excel skills are important to the success of this role. Applicants should be plugged into the mobile gaming world, like watching streams, and educated and passionate about marketing and branding. 

You will work closely with a team of videogame publishing professionals and community content creators to help operate the publishing of a game with the goal of bringing value, excitement, and trust to gamers in the Thailand market.


Responsibilities

Operations executive take on a wide range of responsibilities depending on skillset and demand. For example:

  • Request and track the performance of item codes for publishing campaigns
  • Record and analyze key publishing metrics, including user, sales, and social media data
  • Suggest and help configure the rules and rewards for in-game events

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher, high knowledge of PUBG MOBILE, high skill excel

Chinese working proficiency, speaking and reading/writing (~HSK level 5 or above)

Gamer: Love of gaming or similar new entertainment media preferred. Able to leverage your personal experience and market understanding to create your own innovations in game marketing. Specifically this role should have high knowledge of PUBG MOBILE (in game items, events, culture and community)

Data-centric: Passion for organizing, tracking, and presenting data in excel is a must for this position

Ideas into Action: Capable of both planning and executing multiple projects at the same time. Analyzing projects after execution.

Good Communication: Native Thai speaker; proficient in English and/or Chinese. Organized and persuasive logical thinking. Team player.
