Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :
Responsibilities:
In-App Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute in-app campaigns based on trending content and user insights to drive engagement and monetization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Membership, Marketing, Design, etc.) to ensure timely campaign launches.
- Design and implement innovative campaign mechanics (e.g., VIP promotions, interactive features) and continuously refine strategies for better performance.
- Optimize campaign visibility through in-app placements (e.g., banners, push notifications, topic pages).
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize user engagement and conversion.
Content Management & Localization
- Coordinate with domestic partners and internal teams to ensure smooth content delivery and timely platform updates.
- Oversee content acquisition, review, and data management within the backend CMS.
- Manage content onboarding, including title setup, categorization, hero images, and in-app placements.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop and localize promotional assets (images, videos, and creatives).
Data Analysis & Optimization
- Track and analyze content and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- Leverage data insights to optimize content scheduling, campaign effectiveness, and user targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with HQ and local teams on content centralization initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates across regions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Arts, or a related field.
- Strong passion for on-demand content, especially series and C-dramas; interest in Chinese content is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content operations or related fields, including planning and execution.
- Proven project management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai, English, and Chinese (HSK5 or above is an advantage).
- Working knowledge of content strategy, platforms, and operational workflows.
