Currently, we are looking for the right fit for the role of Marketing and Community Executive/Associate (Mobile Games) located in Bangkok, Thailand.

Overview

As a marketing and community expert,  you will be responsible for creating the content and connections that are the beating heart of a game’s community. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and organizing content marketing from trendy creators, finding and hiring influencers, working with celebrities, and creating various multimedia content for social media.

Creativity and good market knowledge are important to the success of this role. Applicants should be plugged into the mobile gaming world, like watching streams, and educated and passionate about marketing and branding. A solid knowledge of trends and pop culture, celebrities is also important.

You will work closely with a team of videogame publishing professionals and community content creators to  plan and deliver quality content with the goal of bringing value, excitement, and trust to gamers in the Thailand market.


Responsibilities

Marketing and Community Executives takes on a wide range of responsibilities depending on skillset and demand. For example:

  • Create content to promote in-game events and content
  • Source, train, and execute successful influencer campaigns with popular and trending KOLs
  • Work with creative agencies to create impactful content marketing
  • Liaise with all other departments to understand promotion schedule 
  • Localize global content to engage local community
  • Analyze and report campaign performance (impressions, engagement, etc.,)

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher in related fields

Gamer: Love of gaming or similar new entertainment media preferred. Able to leverage your personal experience and market understanding to create your own innovations in game marketing.

Creative: Passion for marketing and creative content is a must. Applicant must plugged into digital content creators, follow influencers, fan pages, celebrities, etc. Basic photo or video editing.

Ideas into Action: Capable of both planning and executing multiple deliverables from start to finish. Capable of assessing and prioritizing multiple plans under time pressure.

Good Communication: Native Thai speaker; proficient in English and/or Chinese. Organized and persuasive logical thinking. Team player.
