Senior Artist Relation (1 position)

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

  • Artist support and Advocacy:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
    • Advocate for the artist's needs within the organization, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and support.
    • Assist artists in navigating the industry, providing guidance on professional opportunities and challenges.
  • Career Management:
    • Collaborate with artists to plan and develop their career trajectories.
    • Help coordinate marketing efforts that align with the artist's brand and career goals.
    • Organize promotional activities, including media appearances, interviews, and other public relations events.
  • Contract and Negotiation support:
    • Assist with negotiation of contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and uphold the artist's
    • Review and manage contractual obligations to ensure compliance and satisfaction of both parties
  • Event coordination:
    • Coordinate logistics for performance, tours, and appearances, including travel arrangements and schedules.
    • Work closely with event promoters and other stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly and meet the expectations of the artist and audience.
  • Networking and Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including producers, directors, and other artists.
    • Represent artists at industry events and functions to network and foster professional relationships.
  • Feedback and improvement:
    • Gather feedback from artists and industry stakeholders to continually improve support and services.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance artist satisfaction and engagement.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Information and Communication Technology, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in artist relations or talent management is preferred (New graduates are also welcome).
  • Knowledge of the entertainment, media, production, advertising, art, or public relations industry and interest in photography and short videos is a plus.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Positive work attitude with a proactive and rational mindset.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible working hours and a valid driver's license are preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
