Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and oversee our full-cycle recruitment processes.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.

Ultimately, you will be handling overall recruitment matters and process relevant documents and administrative tasks.


  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across Thailand, Myanmar and Indonesia businesses
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. JobsDB, LinkedIn and corporate site)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
  • Execute reference checks and initiate health check process
  • Maintain posts on LinkedIn page
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Producing bi-weekly and monthly reports
  • Handle all relevant documents with highest confidentiality and execute administrative tasks as required


  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
  • 3-5 years+ proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in regional capacity or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Experience working in IT, media, online or internet industries is highly desirable
  • Familiar with job posting on JobsDB and LinkedIn
  • Skilled in Excel, Outlook and other MS Office programs
  • Professional working proficiency in English
