Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :

As a community manager, you will take ownership over all major social communications channels of a game, managing the posting schedule of social media pages, communicating with users, and creating activities and campaigns to strengthen the size and impact of our community.

You will work closely with a team of videogame publishing professionals to monitor viral or trendy content from the market and report on the performance of our product versus other market leaders.

Most importantly, your work to engage with fans through social media and liaise with partners and developers will have the goal of bringing value, excitement, and trust to gamers in the Thailand market.


  • Maintain all aspects of game social media pages
  • Liaise with all other departments to manage social media post scheduling
  • Localize content, plan events and campaigns to engage local community
  • Communicate with users on social media, providing feedback to developers
  • Analyze and report social media KPI (impressions, engagement, etc,)


Bachelor degree or higher

Gamer: Love of gaming or similar new entertainment media preferred. Able to leverage your personal experience and market understanding to create your own innovations in game marketing.

Social media master: Able to organize and manage a complicated post schedule, reply to comments, monitor social trends, understand engagement and reach. Basic photo or video editing.

Ideas into Action: Capable of both planning and executing multiple deliverables from start to finish. Capable of assessing and prioritizing multiple plans under time pressure.

Good Communication: Native Thai speaker; proficient in English and/or Chinese. Organized and persuasive logical thinking. Team player.
