Tencent Thailand / Image Future Thailand is currently looking for a candidate for Business Development Manager located in Bangkok, Thailand.

  • Identify, develop, and execute strategic plans to grow To-B revenue and strengthen partnership in assigned industries and key accounts, including Communication plans to maximize growth that align with the strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including new clients both direct and agencies.
  • Oversee relationships and build strong mutually beneficial relationships with the key contacts at the partners’ organizations, especially Operators, Telco partners. Proactively suggest ideas to collaborate and grow the relationship and business further. 
  • Be hands-on and manage projects internally and externally as assigned. Coordinate with all stakeholders, align workflow and resources among members to execute complex initiatives seamlessly and efficiently. 
  • Develop and track metrics to measure the success of the To-B Partnership and Businesses.
  • Extensively use data to drive opportunity sizing and impact analysis. Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress and impact towards strategic goals.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, analytics and finance teams to complete business development activities that align with company-wide objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals in business development. Provide coaching, mentoring, alignment and professional development, fostering our high-performance culture.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Digital, Tech or related field.
  • Strong relationship with Operators, Telco Partners especially in Thailand is required 
  • Negotiation skills with a proven track record of identifying, developing new business opportunities and achieving a revenue target. 
  • Mastery of details and an ability to stay on top of complexity (while not losing sight of the strategic/ financial aims of the business).
  • Advanced skill of MS Excel and PowerPoint for strategic planning, pitching and performance analytic
  • Experience in managing multi-channel online campaigns for major brands will be an advantage. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under intense deadlines.

  • Energetic, creative, flexible, and have a passion for working in a highly dynamic industry.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
