Head of Sales - WeTV (1 position)

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :

WeTV is an OTT video platform specialized in Asian content and one of Tencent’s highest growing products. We strive to provide the best Asian Premium Content along with a great experience for our users.
 
We are looking for a go-getter and result-driven Head of Sales to spearhead and nurture our sales team as well as grow the revenue for achieving the mission to make WeTV as the preferred video partners in Indonesia.

 

What You Will Do in WeTV

  • Plans and directs the organization’s advertising strategy from a business, sales and technical perspective.
  • Oversees discussions and sales with advertisers/sponsors and agencies and negotiates agreements with outside sales representatives.
  • Leads the development of sales materials including media kits.
  • Manages the Sales Team and aligns individual function to the department’s objective, targets/goals.
  • Creates functional strategies and specific objectives and develops budgets, policies/procedures to achieve department’s objective, targets/goals.
  • Take part in the long-term business goals setting in our strategy and growth blueprint.

 

What We Would Like to See in You

  • Minimum of 8 years managerial experience in sales and advertising.
  • Proven networking and negotiation skills, especially network with agencies.
  • Proven excellent work track in previous sales experiences (mastery of general sales process, meetings and presentation facilitation, closing techniques, pricing logic, networking).
  • A go-getter and able to show the performance by landing important deals.
  • Excellent English Written and Verbal communication skills.
