Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable backend services and APIs with Node.js.
• Develop and enhance dashboards/reports to support product and business decisions.
• Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and performance improvements.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, data engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Guide and support junior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
• Ensure robust testing, CI/CD, and maintain high standards for code quality and security.

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of hands-on software engineering or full stack developer experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Experience in data visualization (e.g., D3.js, ECharts, Chart.js, or similar).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud-native environments.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication.
• TOEIC 750+ (or equivalent English proficiency).
• Ability to mentor and support junior engineers.
