Job Responsibilities :

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing professional with strong background in Ads Product Solutions, Marketing and Project Management to drive the regional go-to-market strategy for our solutions. The successful candidate must have experience working with sales channels (direct and indirect) and media agencies to drive product adoption in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company. He or she must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit critical thinking and digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate has experience influencing stakeholders in leadership positions in a highly matrix-oriented organization.


  • Work closely with sales leadership, business marketing and content managers to drive product adoption and revenue growth for our media monetization solutions across the market
  • Collaborate with product managers to help roll out new advertising products and feature enhancements
  • Work at scale through a process driven mindset
  • Drive best practice implementation of Brand & Media Monetization Solutions
  • Track and drive toward revenue goals
  • Effectively communicate with sales leadership and customers to distill and surface market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop and drive go-to-market through various channels (including PR, events, speaking opportunities, etc)
  • Develop product adoption program for both internal (sales) and external (clients, agencies and Marketing Partners) audiences.
  • Partner effectively with other Product or Marketing teams to lead successful product marketing communications around test and launch phases and clearly communicate value propositions of new products to sales team

Qualifications :

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with -brand- advertising across display, ad networks and/or search, with outstanding expertise in optimizing campaigns
  • Has demonstrated product marketing expertise in the web and mobile advertising and the ability to contribute at strategic and tactical levels
  • Understanding of digital marketing, the industry & client objectives
  • Analytical skills and desire to solve complex problems with data
  • Experience working with media agencies
  • Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
  • Customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Is a flexible cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
