Job Responsibilities :
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies. This includes creating brand images, reaching out to a new target audience and retaining the existed customers. Overseeing the team progresses to ensure the strategies are successfully rolled out. Ensuring that all marketing activities adheres to our brand positioning and guidelines.
- Creating, managing and implementing media/marketing plans and campaigns. Leading the delivery of the campaigns and communication with designated agencies.
- Leading all marketing initiatives, including PR, marketing mix, marketing communication, as well as nurture our user’s community on social media.
- Obtaining market research such as current trends in their niche and the needs and desires of consumers. Creating a target audience and building campaigns aimed at this group of customers. This position must know how to gather the data by analyzing business reports and conduct surveys or focus groups.
- Analyzing the marketing team and other related department teams to ensure that everyone is contributing to the marketing strategies and campaigns they are assigned to. Offering the assistance and their expertise to the team whenever it’s needed. Also, analyzing the campaigns to determine if they are successful or needed to be modified.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or marketing communications, PR, journalism, English or related field requiredwith minimum of 5+ year experience in marketing, media relations and communications
- Strong analytical skill in data, as well as budget and cost for all marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrate ability to devise and execute PR and communications plans with ecosystem partners, raise share-of-voice among media and awareness among customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease at influencing and executing in a matrix organization at all levels.
- Excellent in translating and simplifying complex technology into compelling stories that reflect customer reality and our branding. Superior written and verbal communications and presentation skills both in Burmese and English.
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Yet great teamwork skill.
- Attention to detail, high-energy and ability to be successful in a dynamic working environment and to work under pressure (i.e. crisis communications and competitive response situations).
- Solid understanding of key industry trends and issues.Have passion in music.
