Job Responsibilities :
- Approach potential agency prospects as well as serve existing agency clients with Tencent’s media solutions, including both online and offline products and services.
- Identify target accounts and customer needs, propose solutions and devise strategies to overcome competitive obstacles, while achieving Sales targets set on an individual level.
- Conduct sales presentations, account reviews and provide consultancy service to clients on our online advertising service offerings.
- Other duties expected include proper sales reporting, achieving revenue targets, visitation targets and managing collections.
- Capable to learn and open to execute dynamic digital/advertising or other innovative concepts independently.
- Demonstrate Team Player qualities, willing to support teammates in achieving the common goal of hitting Sales targets while striving to provide team’s clients with service excellence.
- Direct experience in digital media solutions, online agency strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Advertising/Media, Marketing, Communications, Client Service or Related field.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience preferably in handing key corporate clients or in servicing / publishing / advertising industry.
- Having previous experience in networks with online or offline media are a plus.
- Self-achievement motivation and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communications and service-minded.
- Strong presentation, problem-solving skills and team player mentality a must.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
