Sales Coordinator (1 Year Contract) (1 position)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage internal/financial related paperwork for the team, including issue PR, PO and quotations
  • Be a contact point to co-ordinate with internal teams such as Content, Product, Yield, Finance, HR when Sales are out of office in client visits
  • Manage checking and sending out paperwork such as contracts and invoices to related parties
  • Help with first draft of campaign reports to client on behalf of Sales

Qualifications :

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in any related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administrative field
  • Full professional working proficiency in English is a must
  • Detail-oriented individual and a proficient communicator & systematic problem solver
  • Ability to multitask efficiently with outstanding planning and organization skills
  • Familiar with Excel, Outlook, PPT
  • Experience working as an administrator/assistant role is highly desirable
  • Experience working in Digital Marketing or Entertainment and Multimedia industry is a plus
