Organization Development Manager (1 position)

Job Responsibilities :

Organization Capability Development:

  • Manage the overall project-based assignment for organization and people performance improvement, and provide support as needed
  • Understand business plan, and assess the current organization and people performance
  • Act as a business partner with the business units to define the areas of improvement, and ensure the alignment of organization and people
  • Build and reinforce corporate values and corporate culture
  • Define and ensure the achievement of the project initiatives regarding to organization and people performance improvement


Learning & Development

  • Ensure the successful learning and development in driving high performance organization
  • Define the strategy, direction, approach, process and procedures of learning and development
  • Create blended learning approach, plan and implement in-house and learning programs as well as track and monitor to ensure that all learning and development programs are delivered with efficiency and effectiveness, and within the budget planned
  • Provide guidance and supports for vendor management 


Performance Management

  • Review the quality and timeliness of performance management system
  • Ensure the linkage of performance management, learning and development, and reward systems
  • Drive the KPI and performance for results mindset across the company
  • Drive the people oriented and ensure good managerial skill for managers and above


Talent Management and Succession Planning

  • Be responsible for Talent Management and Succession Planning
  • Partner with all departments for identifying talent nomination and selection criteria
  • Continually track and monitor to ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of talent management processes
  • Ensure and drive understanding of talent management and the tools provided to throughout the Company


Compensation and Benefits

  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations which include attending job fairs and occasional events in relations to brand representing and attracting potential candidates
  • Responsible for arranging orientation session for new employee in order to introduce corporate's background information and initiate on-boarding process
  • Coordinate with all division for updating job descriptions   
  • Identify employees' development need by various assessments and align with business strategies to match with specific development for closing the gap in development needs
  • Coordinate and organize both in-house training and outsource training according to development needs and employee development plan

Qualifications :

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
  • 7 years of experience in HRD including Learning & Development, HRM and Process Improvement


Preferred qualifications

  • Experience and a proven track record of Organization and Human Performance Development, Process Improvement and Exceptional Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Hands-on project management experience and meticulous attention to detail
  • Operations management experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively, be diplomatic and influence stakeholders, vendors and diverse teams
  • Proven leadership skills in project management and in coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
