Job Responsibilities :


  • Responsible for handling players' feedback such as billing issues, gameplay inquiries and general game-related
  • Categorize the issue and diligently deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports to VIP Customer Service.

Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Language skill: Native Thai; Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, especially in gaming industry.
  • Passionate about mobile game
  • Attentive to details and eager to help players.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office. Etc.).
