Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling players' feedback such as billing issues, gameplay inquiries and general game-related
- Categorize the issue and diligently deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports to VIP Customer Service.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Language skill: Native Thai; Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, especially in gaming industry.
- Passionate about mobile game
- Attentive to details and eager to help players.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office. Etc.).
